Symbols, sessions and data
Which symbols are covered, regular and overnight sessions, how fresh the data is, and how far back past sessions go.

- Live through the regular session; SPX and SPXW also trade overnight.
- Outside trading hours the boards show the last session, and say so.

- Indexes: SPXW and SPX, NDXP and NDX, RUT, VIX and XSP.
- ETFs such as SPY, QQQ, IWM, GLD, SLV, SMH, TLT and IBIT.
- Stocks with the busiest options, from NVDA, TSLA, AAPL and the rest of the large caps to the most active names of the moment.
Search lists every symbol you can open, marked Index·ETF·Stock·Future. An address with a symbol we don't cover opens SPXW instead, with a message saying so.
Sessions and market hours

Early closes (13:00 ET) and market holidays are built in. All times in the app are New York time; there is no time-zone setting.
How fresh the data is
During a session the boards update continuously. The status card in the sidebar tells you the state at a glance: Live, Delayed after five seconds without an update, Reconnecting while the app restores the connection on its own, or Offline when your device has no network. A board that stops updating says Stale data · last update ….
Past sessions
- Replay plays back recorded sessions minute by minute. Its calendar shows which sessions are available for the symbol. See Replay.
- Charts load up to 5,000 bars; older days open in Replay.
- The Flow page loads a past session's tape from its date chip.
