Finding your way around
The sidebar, symbol search, your watchlist, the status dot and how the app is laid out on a phone.
- The sidebar holds the views, your watchlist, the status card, your account and Settings.
- Search opens from any symbol name: find a ticker, star it, or switch lists.
- Watchlists: Favourites plus lists of your own, to switch symbols in one click.
- On a phone, the views move to a tab bar at the bottom.
The sidebar
The views are listed at the top: Heatmap, Multimap, Chart, Flow, Alerts and Academy. Below them sit the watchlist on show, the status card, your account picture and the Settings gear. Opening the app takes you back to the view you used last.

Finding a symbol
Click any symbol name (at the left of the control bar, or in a board's header) to open search. Type a ticker or a company name. Results are grouped into Favourites, Recent and All symbols, each marked Index·ETF·Stock·Future. The star on a row adds it to Favourites or takes it off. Opened from a Multimap board, search changes that board only.
Watchlists
- Favourites comes ready with SPXW, SPX, SPY, QQQ, NDX, NVDA and TSLA, and holds up to 30 symbols.
- Your own lists: New watchlist… from the list's name in the sidebar (or the Watchlists tab in search). Up to 20 lists of 100 symbols each, with rename and delete from the same menu.
- Each row shows the price and change. Click to open the symbol, drag to reorder, ✕ to remove. Add symbol sits under the list.
- The ‹ › arrows beside the symbol step through the list on show.
The status card
The card at the bottom of the sidebar (a dot on phones) shows the state of the data, with a New York clock. Click it for details and a Retry now button when the connection drops.

| Live | Receiving live data. |
| Overnight | SPX and SPXW options trading overnight; stocks and ETFs show their last session. |
| Delayed | No update for more than five seconds. |
| Reconnecting | The connection dropped; the app retries on its own. |
| Offline | Your device has no network connection. |
| Closed | Pre-market, after hours or a closed market: showing the last session. |
| Replay | You are replaying a past session. |
On a phone
- The top bar has the logo, a Search symbols pill, the ★ watchlist, the status dot, the Academy, Settings and your account.
- The views move to a tab bar along the bottom.
- Board controls become a strip you scroll sideways.
- The Inspector (node details, Movers, watchlist) opens as a sheet from the bottom.
- Right-click actions on a board are a long press.
Messages and updates
Short messages appear in the top right (at the bottom on phones) and fade after a few seconds; hovering keeps them open. When a new version of the app is out, a message offers Refresh.
