Settings and saved data
The Settings dialog, where each setting lives, and what the app remembers in your browser.
- Settings (the gear at the bottom of the sidebar) has the shortcut list, a reset for every setting, and the app version.
- Each view keeps its own settings in its own menus: the heatmap, the charts, the Flow page.
- Everything you set is remembered in this browser, not on your account.
The Settings dialog

| Keyboard shortcuts | The full list of shortcuts in the app. |
| Reset all settings | Puts Heatmap settings, Node %, velocity, chart settings and the chart's side board back to their defaults. It asks first. |
| Version | The version you are running, at the bottom. |
Resetting keeps your boards and panels, watchlists, alerts and drawings. To reset just one part, use that part's own reset: Heatmap settingsReset…, Reset in Node %, the chart settings menu's reset, or Reset columns and sort on the Flow page.

What is remembered, and where
TrueGEX remembers your setup in the browser you use, on that device. Your account holds who you are and your plan, nothing else, so a second computer or browser starts with the defaults.

Some things are never remembered on purpose: Compare, a paused tape, a past session picked on the Flow page, and the node open in the Inspector all reset when you reload.
